德国BURKERT宝德电磁阀性能特点
它是一种直动和先导式相结合的原理，当入口与出口没有压差时，通电后，电磁力直接把先导小阀和主阀关闭件依次向上提起，阀门打开。当入口与出口达到启动压差时，通电后，电磁力先导小阀，主阀下腔压力上升，上腔压力下降，从而利用压差把主阀向上推开;断电时，先导阀利用弹簧力或介质压力推动关闭件，向下移动，使阀门关闭。
德国BURKERT宝德电磁阀特点:1.在真空、负压、零压时能正常工作，但通径一般不超过25mm。
2.在零压差或真空、高压时亦可动作，但功率较大，要求必须水平安装。
1)常闭型，通电时电磁线圈产生足够的电磁力把运动部件(由磁芯、阀杆、上下部的膜片/密封件构成)从阀座上提起，阀门开启;断电时弹簧力把运动部件压在阀座上，阀门关闭。
2)常开型，动作方向与常闭型相反。

Type Description

The 0131 valve is a direct-acting toggle valve. Various seal material combinations are available depending on the application. Thanks to the diaphragm-separation between actuator and fluid body, aggressive media such as acids and alkaline solutions can also be safety controlled. The offering is rounded out with plastic housings made of PVC or PVDF. The coils are moulded with a chemically resistant epoxy. 'Kick and drop' electronics are moulded into all DC variants for reduced electrical power consumption. An optional electric feedback function reliable detects the switching position. In combination with a plug in accordance with DIN EN 17301-803 Form A, the valves satisfy protection class IP65.
